How to play in windowed mode?

Just bought this game, then I chose to play to full screen mode but now I want to play on windowed mode I don't have the choice anymore. I tried going to the option screen, but no luck.

Any suggestions?

Go into your steam library, specifically the library, not your desktop icon, and click play, wait, and there should be an option in bullets one is to play the other is to configure. Click configure and it should let you choose your settings.
