getting really bad stuttering and pause randomly
i have the kantie exe thing and the dx 10 render and open gl render and both stutter
happens also when i try to talk to someone

I had stutters, too. I fiddled around with the frame limiter (set it to 60 which is my screens' limit) and "use only one CPU core" (which isn't neccesary as I found out, but maybe it helps you).

Radeon R9 280 3GiB
Windows 10 Pro (Creators)

Could be coincidence, I don't know.
