My Mouse is Stuck in the top left hand corner!(Game Bug)

The camera will not move once I enter the game and i have to navigate through the menus with the arrow keys. I have no idea what to do! Someone help!

Two solutions:

run the game as administrator and turn on V-Sync (in-game).

or

run the Hitman Blood Money: Game Configuration and tick these two boxes -- Override SLI, Enable SLI.
