How replayable and fun is this game?

Replayability is pretty high considering the difficulties and different classes/load outs really shake things up. As for fun, quite a bit actually if you enjoy tower defense games. If you don't like that genre you'll have a hard time enjoying DD.

depends on how dedicated you are. most players easily break 200hours. many end game players hit the 600-800 mark. and most hardcore people break 1k hours played.

If you wish to play without resorting to tricks (having to play online with far more powerful players- not my thing) and the oddball tips (buying advanced items) it will be fun until your characters hit 70-75. Then, grind, grind, grind, grind... And a bit more grinding... After that? I don't know. I'm still stuck grinding. Beautiful game. Great multiplayer experience. But getting to nightmare is a real nightmare. I just don't have the patience the young bucks have to burn hundreds of hours to get somewhere agonizingly slow.

Well I am nowhere as far along as most these people but I find it fun. Even better if you got others to coop with I would think but not too sure on that.
