OMG :( why r all my characters deleted

i was just playin last night and i got disconneccted so i went back in and then i saw all my characters were gone >.< i thought mayb i was just laggin out or sumtin so i waited till the mornin and ther still gone :( any help?

Are you on Open or Ranked? don't log in to Dungeon Defenders. You can contact Trendy Ent. about your lost characters on ranked and it will take them about a week to restore them. It might be faster just to start a new character though.

Wow they still haven't fixed that problem. That happend to me a year ago I got my characters back but I didn't play for a long time after that. Don't log back in if you try logging in 4 times you will lose all your characters for good and trendy won't be able to restore them. Trendy really needs to fix these problems in the next game.

yea i was told taht today by a friend ingame when i was tryna start a new character :( i dont kno if i logged in 4 tmes i might have cuz i thought i was laggin out as usual >.< i hope it can get fixed,thx for the responses :)
