sound issues PLEASE HELP MAC

go in to the game i take a little wile and when i am in the sound gets ♥♥♥♥ up can some please help my with this issue please. I am playing on a mc and i think other people know how to fixs this .

i got the same problem, no sound, but some strange popping sounds, and other audio sources eg iTunes become silent, and if i reset the coreaudio process then the game hangs :/
