Tinkerers Lab: Can't get to the page for it at all

It's nice that its free, its not nice that I can not access the page to get it.
I assume this is all about regions again... and I am rather unhappy that I don't even get a message about that, any click on the link in the news just brings up the steam store startpage.
Also known as the 'featured items' page.

So, is this a temporary glitch or really a regional problem? I am in germany.

Guess that means everyone gets to play the waiting and clicking game to see when its up then.

Same us can't buy or play map's ? When will this be happing? But the maps are there. My guess is steam will be putting it up soon !

this happens all the time, its nothing new with steam, the update is released, the link is there, but the steam page for the content isnt linked to the store yet, i just hope we dont have to wait until 2pm tomorrow (EST) as thats the time each day that steam usually refreshes their new content to the store

on a related matter, the new Series EV skins look amazing, you can see them in the edit character menu

Still can't download, the news link works but the dlc link does not, neither here or from the news link. It redirects me to the featured items :/

ingame when you try to load the levels it redirects to the etherian holiday festival dlc, they really messed up this one
