Disconnected issue?

I get disconnected quite a bit (when the friendly community isn't kicking me). I know how awesome TE is so I'd like to just say again that I love the game. Searching through the official forums I saw no info about this, and saw none here. If there are common problems, and solutions to address them this common man didn't run accross them. Anyway I've got a Windows 8 (Super Computer) use a 360 controller (w/sticky Y button), & run Comodo.
