Missing items bug?

Has anyone encountered where some items in their item box go missing? Because I know I'm missing one diamond and one cube. Not 5 diamonds nor 8 cubes, but one diamond and one cube respectively. I picked the items (I traded some items with a friend) up in my tavern, then I logged off. When I logged back in 30~40 minutes later, one cube and one diamond went missing.

Is this a bug?

I haven't the foggiest. 'Treny cloud' , as i call it, is designed to save the second you exit, regardless of power shortage, exiting the window or being booted. The only thing is i hope you didn't sell it :' (

Thanks for the reply! But it's automatically locked, there would be almost 0 chances of selling it by accident. DDD: And, I tried logging in the next day, just to check, and still no items turned up. Is there any chance I could bring this up to the DD game developers?

Yes I think you can. I dont know how you would prove that you had the missing pieces but Trendy is very hands on with the people who purchase there games. I would say at the very least if they can't reimburse you they will try to help you out in some other way.
The worst that could happen is nothing, which is where you are at now but if they do help you, you would be in a better spot. Good luck. :D

this has happened to me aswell ive lost 2 trans 200k seahorses and ateas plate dps set that had an ult chest

Same thing as Tomatoes? Was it a trade or did you pick the items up?
