having problem

ok so when i start to play the game its fine, when iam about to start the first mission, i click go the the game just quits! if you can help me please say

2 what are your specs? perhaps try lowering the graphics, enabling multicore threading and disabling post processing

my sprcs i dnt know of by heart but i got a new pc at xmas and its made for gaming i can play farcry3, i also have the same problems with gta iv aswell

also having this prob, every now and then I can play and its fine (like 5 times total in 3 weeks, once I'm in game I'm fine usualy) but every other time it either crashes (dendefgame.exe has encounteres a problem and has to close) during the loading screen going into the tavern, or during the loading screen after clicking go and leaving tavern. I verify integ everytime it crashes.(between 1 and 5 files always download) I have allowed my firewall to let it run, un and reinstaled 4 times, disabled my aint virus and anti maleware while reinstaling, changed the names of the dendefgame.exe and dungeondefenders.exe to diff names I found in a fix, made sure I can actualy play the game, updated all video drivers, and still it crashes!!! I would email my .mdmp's to the admins but I only got one and forgot to before a reinstal now I don't get any kind of crash reports. don't know what else to do but break the damn laptop in half for being such a POS!! also lowerd my grafix and disabled multi rendering
