Steam Achievements not unlocking

I've only played solo a couple of times, But none of the achievements have unlocked. I have the trophies in-game. How come they are not showing in steam though?

if you are playing local or online open you wont get the achievements on steam ,,, to get them you have to play online ranked mode only
