"All medals 1A" achievement is broken, since I have all stars and it was not rewarded. Judging from the 0% in global stats, there must be others that don't work as well.

I know that the game's supposed to speed up at around 1:00, but the game becomes jerkier and jerkier as well. The framerate steadily drops (probably in proportion to the speed up) unti by around 2:00 the screen is juddering at about 10fps or lower. The moment I die, the framerate climbs back to its usual smooth 60FPS. I'm running a GTX1070 11Gb, on a i7 920 (4-core 8-thread 4Ghz) with 12Gb RAM (lots spare). I've tried in both fiullscreen mode as well as windowed.... Same thing happens in both....

As soon as I press A or D or <- or -> to accelerate, the M and SPACE keys no longer work until I let go of the acceleration key and start to slow down. I have a Corsair K95 non-ghosting keyboard running at 1Khz, so (in theory) I should be able to press all 101 keys simultaneously without blocking a keypress..... Haven't come across this before... Is this a feature of the game, or is there something amiss d'you think?...
