level signs

Hi, everyone!
Do you know how to create level sign in your own chambers? You know, this part of wall with white background, number on it and with pictures which show you what your chamber features. :p

yeaaaah, ok....what i meant was, is there any way to put those signs in ANY possible place not only at the beginning and is there a possibility to change its look: number, color, etc
