Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

Please exit Steam and go to the folder called C:\Program Files\Steam\ (this is the default location for a Steam installation - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it).

Delete all of the files in this folder except:

- \Steamapps\ and \Userdata\ folders

- Steam.exe (this file is listed as an application and features the black and white Steam logo)

Restart your computer.

Then, launch Steam.exe from within the Steam installation folder, and not from a pre-existing shortcut.

With Steam running, re-test the original issue.

Note: This process will not affect your currently installed games.

If the issue persists, make sure your network is optimized for Steam:

Здравствуйте.

Спасибо, что обратились в службу поддержки Steam.

Приносим извинения за длительное ожидание.

Пожалуйста, выйдите из Steam и найдите следующую папку: C:\Program Files\Steam\ (по умолчанию Steam устанавливается в эту папку, если вы выбрали другую папку при установке, перейдите в нее).

Удалите всё ее содержимое, кроме:

Директорий «userdata» и «Steamapps» и файла «Steam.exe» (если вы не видите расширение «.exe», найдите файл с черно-белой иконкой Steam)

Перезапустите компьютер.

Далее запустите «Steam.exe» прямо из этой папки, а не через ярлык.

Когда Steam загрузится, проверьте, разрешилась ли ваша проблема.

Примечание: этот процесс не повлияет на установленные игры.

Пожалуйста, убедитесь, что ваша сеть оптимизирована для Steam:

Скажу сразу, это не поможет, ибо ТП (тех. поддержка) она и в африке ТП!
Он точно так же скопировал сообщение из обращения в службу поддержки, как и я. Увы но это не поможет, P.S. проверял, даже в браузере ИНВЕНТАРЬ Portal 2 просто недоступен!
(то, есть его даже не видно…)

Like everyone said we all have the same problem, and also we can't see our portal 2 inventory in our profile. like it's gone. Let's hope that valve are working on that issue.
