Split Screen Co-Op has some weird glitches...

So, I use a code so I could play with my friend, one on xbox and one on keyboard, And we go in to the first chapter disassemblers and we get magically launched to the disc mission in the end of the chapter. Does anyone have a solution to this? It's really frustrating.

Did you make sure to select stage/level 1 before entering?

Playing split screen auto-unlocks everything [but you get no achievements] so you'll need to reset each area back to the beginning to play through every area.
