Too many items? Are you SERIOUS?
If there is a limit to how many items you can put in the chamber, then make a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ COUNTER!

What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke!

I've been building for HOURS, slowly getting to a point where I want to make the final room, and now I've hit a LIMIT?

I have NO IDEA how much stuff I need to remove, and how I'm supposed to finish now without ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the whole thing...

There is a counter, but it's disabled because it doesn't help too much. The problem with the entity count is that it will change very differently depending on the items you have, exactly which version of the seven entry and exit hallways you have, and many other things.

When it shows the message of too many items press ~ to enter console, here you can see the counter sort of. It shows the limit and the number of entities to give an indication.

You need the console turned on in the game options. "puzzlemaker_enable_budget_bar 1" turns on the counter display. In the console dialog the game will print out why the compile failed if it does.

Okay thanks, I'll try it.
