Linux: How to change language?

change language of steam. It will automatically change languages of all games.

Ok now italian is available in Portal 2.
But now there is a new problem.
The audio is set to "italian", but the audio is english-only, so i don't have any dialog. If i set the audio on english and restart the game, is set to italian again.

The ebta so far is English only.

No, i have italian text.
