Problem with my console configuration..

Hey there,
First, excuse me if my english is not perfect, it's not my main language.
I have kind of a problem.. I usually played Portal 2 with my X360 joystick in solo/coop mode.
Recently, I heard about local coop, so I tried it using this tutorial :

It worked and I had lot of fun with my brother (nevermind), but now I can't play solo mode with my joystick. When I use it in the menu, it's okay, but ingame, even trying all the buttons, my character doesn't move, looks around, shots portals, jumps, etc..
Is there a way to "reset" the commands entered in the console, or anything else ?
