My screen appears black
I just finished downloading the game, but when I started the game, the screen was completely black. The announcer talked normaly, and the request to look up and down work, but I can't see anything but the subtitles and the cross in the middle of the screen, I configured it with the lowest settings possible to see if that helped, but it didn't, can someone elp me? I really want to play

1. Start Portal 2
2. once it loads, go to settings > Keyboard/controls > enable developer's console >click enable
3. Click single player
4. once the game loads hit ` (this key is right below your escape button)
5. copy and paste this code
mat_postprocess_enable 0
6. Enjoy Portal 2 :D

It works, but it runs laggy and with some visual bugs, and it appears a message that says something about afailed to load a shadder or something like that

I need help, what can I do?, after I fixed the black screen, the graphics are buggy and some items appear black. And I have a bit of lag in the game, what can I do?
