For each Portal 2 update: is there a changelog or release notes somewhere?

I always want to know if my favorite bugs are fixed, or what other tweaks have been made. But the Download page only has a link for News, which never contains any mention of the latest update. (Same goes for other Steam titles.)

Where can I find this info?

Seems like a basic question that must have been asked a lot, but my searches have been futile. So, sorry if this is a repeat topic.

Valve's been making quite a few updates without change logs, no one's really sure what they fixed. There should be change logs, but they haven't made any.

For the bigger (better documented) updates, where would those change logs be found?

I assume they're not under News: I sometimes check a game's News page going back a year+ and generally see no update notes, even though some major updates have appeared during that time.
