I own portal 2 on my ps3 i can't play it on my computer i don't want to buy it again also

On PS3, if you open Portal 2 and push the Select button, it allows you limited access to Steam. You can sign in with your Steam ID and access your friends list, including for co-op.

not if you just own it on your xbox. you need to buy it again on pc to get the better version

I purchased the PS3 version on disc, and the box had a Steam download code for the PC version. If you've got the disc, then you should have a code also. But if you downloaded it from the playstation store, then you'll need to buy the PC version seperately.
