Robot Enrichment

Whenever I play a cooperative game with my friend, my hats from my loadout in Robot Enrichment don't appear on my character. I was thinking of buying The Complete Pack, but what's the point if my cosmetics aren't visible! Thanks for anyone who can help me

I'm wearing my achievement items and they don't show up. My co-oop partner has this problem too.
