Steam PS3 not asking me to log in or create account...

When I access the Steam overlay in Portal 2, it tells me to sign in but it just does it automatically. It doesn't ask me to enter my credentials or create a new account. My PSN has never been linked to my Steam ID and this is my first time playing Portal 2. How can it automatically login if it doesn't know my login? And how can it get it to ask for my credentials?

P.s. also when "signing in" the game just sits there and it never signs in....

you can't really log in right now because the steam in ps3 is a bit ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up
so you should just wait (i've been waiting a week) for something to get fixed

Yea I've been hearing a lot about the connection issues but I wasn't sure this was caused by the same issue. I'm not gonna stop playing portal anytime soon so I'll just try every once in a while and check back here for updates.

My friend is having the same problem. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, we would like to play some co-op.

Yea same here! From what I've seen it looks like this game has awesome coop so I'm hoping to get to try it out soon :D
