Vanilla Fallout 4 VR is okayish. Heavily modded it is one of the best VR games I've ever played. Exploring the city while listening to your pip boy radio felt so immersive. You should visit nexusmods and install some VR related mods. Especially the FRIK mod which gives you a full visible avatar and 2 Point rifle grip etc. also get the DLSS/FSR VR mod which gives you plenty of extra fps for free

Impossible to play on Index, even after trying to fix and rebind. If your game requires hours worth of modding just to make it playable, it's not a good game, and it ought to be free since you're not paying the community for fixing it.
