2) Same with Snake. Click on JK2 on the left side of the website for JK2 skins.

You only need those 3 files. I have no idea what to do with those voice files that come with snake, I think maybe they're for modders to play around with, but you don't need them to just use the skin.
You should also know that no one else can see which models you're using in multiplayer unless they have the exact same files in their base folder, otherwise they just see their default Kyle model. Same in Jedi Academy.
Make sure you're putting the right files in the right folder. If it still doesn't work I have no idea, sorry.
