STAR WARS™ Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast™

STAR WARS™ Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast™

Anyone using SweetFX with this?
I put the folders in there but I get a white sky in the beginning. Anyone have success with this and what did you do?

Joke or incomplete post?
Jedi Knight Outcast and Academy are on the id Tech 3 engine, which uses OpenGL. SweetFX is for DirectX. You have to use QFXPro / QEffects Pro with Jedi Knight.

I recommend Xukain's settings on page 3 of the thread. You'll just have to edit the .ini for the Outcast .exe. It's only worth using the Bloom and Saturation pretty much for these games. The other effects aren't good quality. Motion blur can't even be configured. It's no SweetFX but it has a nice bloom and makes the game look a little better.

You could try using the OpenGL to DirectX converter and then SweetFX but it didn't work with Academy so I doubt it will work with Outcast.
