Help
I just bought the game and being a computer newb I can't fix it myself. The screen when I try to start the game is far to narrow with big margins on the side but is also too tall for the screen. Then I have to use the task manager to exit because I don't have enough screen to change or quit anything, when I use the task manager to exit the screen becomes very bright. I am also having the same issues with IL-2 sturmovik, but it doen's leave the creen to bright after ??? HELP

Hello
While u're in menu, use shift + ~ and type:
/r_customwidth "yourmonitorswidth" (for example /r_customwidth 1920)
/r_customheight "yourmonitorsheight" (for example /r_customheight 1080)
/r_mode -1

About the brightness, just download this:
http://thejawaclan.com/files/file/9-brightness-fix-after-crashing/
and use it after every crash.

Sadly you cannot minimize Jedi Outcast other way then by Task Manager, just because of the engine it's running at. You can download some minimizers from internet, that will allow you to. Just type "Jedi outcast minimizer" in google and download one of them. Good luck.

Thank you for the answer but what do you mean by "in menu" which one ? and do i type in the one line hit return then type the next and so on, or do i type it all in on one big line, it seems to me i tried the first line and it failed to recognize the command. I feel like I have been ripped off on two games from steam. Why would they have games that are not playable. I don't know enough about how my computer works to fix this issue.
