I keep getting application error failed to find steam error message. what do i do?

i fixed the problem. i just waited a while and it worked.

Here is how to fix it..
Exit steam and open it back up it should work

it says Error: Failed to find Steam. Then it opens up the steam homepage in my browser.

Yes, this is a common issue. Used to happen to me all the time. Just close the browser, then exit Steam. Turn Steam back on and launch the game and then it should work.
