Specifically, some players have been exploiting this feature to artificially boost their statistics and progression.

These actions are against our Terms of Service and will not be tolerated. Those found to be exploiting the game will face temporary suspensions, and any illegitimately gained statistics, items, or other benefits will be revoked. However, all Deaths recorded during this period will remain on your account.
