yep..lazy support. When I use to work in customer support, we were not lazy in helping out customers.
~450 Valve employees that includes support staff. Thousands of users need to have answers about the same thing. What would you do? Waste their time on this or real issues? I lean towards real issues and cut/paste replies when needed.
