Any Uploaded Mods worth a try on the online Mod List?

Curious if any of the mods on the online mods list are actually worth considering or not.

At the top right there is a Rating button, mouse over it and left click, there are a few that are neat

Thanks,was wondering if there was a way to organize the list based on rating,makes things smoother.
