Add-on Glitches. Please help!

I'm having a weird glitch on here. Hardly any of my add-ons will load. On another note I can't play the game unless it's online and I make the server. I will get a message saying "Disconected. Server is enforcing consistancy of this file: model/infected/hulk.mdl" Can someone please give me some suggestions?

i found that you can unsubscribe and re-subscribe to the add-ons and this will temporarly fix the problem, but this is isnt a complete fix. when you restart many of the add-ons again, will disapper.

Ok so I'm not sure how but somehow I fixed v the v thing so now I can at least play the game. Still having the add-ons problem though.
