BTW, it's actually BSOD.
Download BlueScreenView[www.nirsoft.net], or see here[www.nirsoft.net] and the next time you get a BSOD, after you reboot run the program and it will allow you to see the cause of the BSOD.
For example I occassionaly get a BSOD in the middle of a game from "portcls.sys" which is a sound card/driver issue, not a problem from Valve.
Valve won't help with BSOD unless it's proven there is a direct issue concering their files.
Post your BlueScreenView report here or screenshot it and upload, or just add me and I'll take a look.
