Too many games just get rushed out then thrown on sale every half year while the team moves on.

The more DLC the better (Workshop as free upgrade, then Soviet + 3D NATO Units DLC...)
Is the implication here that the CW price includes later additions like the Soviet campaign- ie these will not be paid DLC?
