Putting a game out then dropping the cost a few weeks after release would basically piss off the folks that paid full price to support the the Dev team. If you want a lower price then the cost to you is time. At some point it there is a good chance to see it go on sale. That's up to the Devs to decide down the road.

I like the game a lot but besides that I didn´t mind paying the launch price because I want them to succeed and produce more DLCs and a future Cold Waters 2.

Too many games just get rushed out then thrown on sale every half year while the team moves on.

I can't wait to see what the team has planned as far as DLC and Expansions. Maybe a Soviet 68 campaign hunting shipping? A 1996 campaign featuring the Seawolf and improved MK48s? Shut up and take my money!

Is the implication here that the CW price includes later additions like the Soviet campaign- ie these will not be paid DLC?
