I participated in the event and got the notification that I unlocked the weapon today, so I claimed it, but I had to restart my game, and when I opened it back up it now says the gun is locked for me but the reward is still claimed. Super disappointed because I was super hyped about participating in this event and having the community complete it, and I didn't even get my reward for participating.

Anyone else get this issue?

Am sure the devs are aware as a lot of players had issues exactly like this so am sure they will remedy it.

Be aware also hunt club is still in beta mode so no doubt their are going to be some hiccups at first since it's brand new!

Same here. I kill a lot of animals for comunity event. I got the weapon. I claimed it, and own it. One day later ( 30 / 12 /2017 ) i dont get the gun. Is locked again.

if you claimed it, it automatically puts it in your backpack. YOu dont need to buy it at the store. go to the cache locker, click backpack. should be in there.

Ditto... I was carrying a full kit when I clicked the claim feature. Had I know there was a chance of not getting it at all - I suppose I should have just walked around with only 1 gun on me and nothing else... bah...

Same, checked multiple times, after multiple restarts in both multi & single player. It is claimed, but not in backpack, and the item in the store says 0/0 unavailable.

The Devs are aware of the issues concerning the Stradivarius .270 and are working on a fix.
