Even after relaunching the problem persists.

Just purchased Caesar 3 from Steam. Loaded it to my PC , Screen icon appears . Clicked on this then a screenshot appeared with a box saying 'LAUNCH ' . Clicked on this produced a quick scree flash but nothing else. Any idea as to what I am doing wrong ??????...
