I don't think any kind of single "scoop" to the abdomen could pull out your whole skeleton, but just image your torso as a jack-o-lantern, and you've got the right idea. And then if something is crawling inside of you, it could probably manually empty out the rest.

So if what he says is true, than it specifically works like this: A large incision is made to the skin covering the lower torso, piercing the dermal and subdermal layer. Assuming this cut would be where the small intestine is, you would immediately be disemboweled from the waist down. You probably wouldn't die instantly either, or maybe you would. From there, all other organs would be removed, some flesh would be flayed, and the blood would be drained. Ennard would probably have to shave off a bunch of wires and metal to keep them from puncturing the skin suit.
