Achievment bug?

Alright so im trying to get Back 2 Help achievment but i picked up numerous ppl outside the saferoom that are incapped and brang them back but never got the achievment?? If anyone knows the problem please tell me
note:i don't have sv_cheats on

I got it while standing in the safe room and helping up an incapped teamate who was right in the doorway.

[Bindal]

1. You have to be inside the saferoom while they get downed
2. They have to be downed by zombies

That's the only requirements (second one got patched in as people abused it by shooting each other down in front of the door)
