How do u get that so called "OUTBREAK" achievement?
please help me.

At release, Valve employees and select users already had the "Outbreak". They had to spread it through Boomer puke in Versus mode to other players. Keep playing Versus, and you'll get it eventually.

RainingMetal is right, keep playing Versus and try to puke plenty of times the survivors in 1 life as a boomer, that should help with the "outbrake" achievement.

Actually, that won't help at all. You have to get puked on as survivor by a Boomer-player, who got the achievement.

However, due the way Valve treated the game, most players having that achievement left it due rage, play only VS or are otherwise not active anymore.

This is a viral achievo. When someone has it and plays as Boomer, and will puke on you, then you are awarded the achievo.
