On February 16th 2016 the final Vulkan specifications along with the Vulkan SDK were released. Vulkan is a new graphics API and Unreal Engine 4 supports it!

Really hope this one isn't as dumbed down as Tropico 5 was. It scares me seeing as how two of the described features were either partially in the last game, or was just a removed from the last game.
