Custom game crash

Hello! I bought the game 2 hours ago and i was into a deep 40 minute game vs. 2 bots and it suddenly crashed. When i load the save i can play for like 5-10 seconds and it crashes again. Anyone who knows whats the problem and how to solve it ?

Fatal D3D error WIN10 [SOLVED (may be?)]

CD3D8Game::EndDraw/2 Fatal D3D error- ErrorCode:-2005530520 Error description:D3DERR_DEVICELOST Win10 64bit I think this is problem with DirectX12

Can someone help to solve this problem? I tried to "setup" dx9 or "dx9 package for dx12" (if i can call it that...

Loved this game as a kid and still to this day, but it is a bit out dated now, wondering when number two is coming out, or if a number two is coming out at all? If so what can I do to help speed the progress of this up?
