Frame hitching issue

I'm getting a slight hitch in the game every 5 seconds or so. It lags for a split second and then keeps going. I'm able to maintain 60 fps fine on cinematic settings so I'm not sure what's causing this. I had this issue with Witcher 3 a while back and I can't remember how I fixed it for that game. Any ideas?

General rules with Nioh, Turn shadows down to low, and turn off Dynamic Reflections. They have been problamtic in the past.

Have you also updated your drivers and restarted your PC?
