Can I add sims 3 legitimately to my steam library even though I bought it through origin?

I have the launched in my library, added through non steam game. I bought it awhile back on origin and wondered if there was a legit way to add it to steam as if it'd been purchased on steam.

No, that is impossible.

However the reverse is possible I think. Some EA games bought on Steam can be downloaded from Origin.
