Registered a DLC in Sims 3 site but dont see it in the Luncher

i have Sims 3 base game , pets ,world adventure and supernaturle DLC , i regitered all in the sims 3 site but i cant see the SuperNaturle DLC.
I looked in this forum for an answer and found the guide for Sims 3 trubleshooting.
I done everything the guide said exept reinstall the game, idont think it will help cus i installed it on my laptop new with all the DLC but i still dont see SuperNaturle.
pls some can give me an answer on how to get that DLC to work?

The latest update is apparently causing the game to not recognize the last 5 or so packs for some people including Supernatural, Seasons and the last few Stuff Packs.

Reinstalling does not help so save your bandwidth. Verifying cache will not work either.

Someone on another thread posted that you can try manually adding the key for the game to the registry and another person said it worked but I have not tried it yet.

Lots of problems in this game all the sudden with the last update.

I would also suggest everyone with this problem submit a ticket about this to Steam support to try to get their attention because it really needs to get fixed ASAP.

I have already submitted a ticket for it but have not heard back yet.

Dont forget you can download from origen IF you are having issues with steams verrsion, Sure I agree a lot of peeps prefer to play it on steam and yes it does need to get fixed, but for those that dont mind origen that is a option

Motoki, the registry fix works, but only if you have the CD key, I was able to activate everything except the 70's/80's/90's stuff pack that way. It's a bit complicated though, so I'd recommend one is very careful mucking around in the registry. (I bought Sims 3 with all the stuff packs at the same time, it downloaded everything, but stoppped registering the games after Showcase). However, they all appear in my downloaded DLC..... Looking into it, it looks like Steam/EA? made some sort of change to how they process DLC between Showcase and Sweet Treats....

why do we have to deal with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anyway? you'd think paying for something would entitle you to some extent of convenience.

Well we didn't get keys for the 70s, 80s and 90s pack so we can't even add that to Origin, unless you go through EA's customer service.

Seeing that CD Key for the new stuff pack would be great, also hope that fixes the "store content" problem I am having, I think once the new stuff pack is set up I can install the store content as well
