Invalid product code?

I bought this game yesterday and apparently the code steam gave me has already been used by somebody else

Edit: Contact ea support (Its much faster than steam support...) from here:

It took me 1 hour to have everything shorted out

make sure that you're typing the right letters/numbers like 0 instead of O and don't insert any -

If it doesn't work then I guess that you need to contact Steam
