game crashed everytime i started the game. (it's said game has stopped working) anybody have same problem?

I find that the other discussions are too old (2016 2017) so open this one. Seems like I can't open the game due to unknown reasons. The initial logo screen still shows up but immediately exit right after. Anyone has any solution? Important! The below solution does help to run the game for a while. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Yomawari Night Alone Right click on "yomawari-steam" click on properties go to compatibility, in "compatibility mode" click on "run in compatibility mode" put Windows 98 / Windows Me, apply and click ok.
