6 years after release the price should not be $60 like if you agree.

I downloaded the game for the single player only. I enjoyed the campaign and mixture of missions (stealth, driving, flying, etc). Didn't venture into MP but SP campaign was worth getting the game (assuming its on sale).

this game is 7 years old. it's more now than when it came out at $60. ♥♥♥♥ greedy activision.

It's true when people said that no matter how bad the reviews are people are going to buy Call of Duty anyway. Well ♥♥♥♥♥ I'm one of that and regret terribly. The PC version of this game is just a Triple A mess. Hackers, performance and connection issues are still persist. I am a dumbass and I hope to Buddha, Allah and Jesus that I will learn. If any of you are thinking about buying this game please DO NOT put yourself in such discomfort.

Don't buy. Aimbot hackers rampant. Lack of response from SHG is killing the playerbase and concurrent online users is down. Sledgehammer has yet to honor their promise to the PC gamers as written in their own blog on Oct 4th.

Online games in the current climate unfortunately comes with the downside which is other people and some of these other people think that cheating is a way to get ahead in life, and boosting their pathetic ego's and garnering attention because there mommy did not hug them enough.
Therefore they compensate by trying to claim a top spot on a ladder despite the legitimacy being completely falsified.
And in doing so they destroy the already small community of online PC gamer's in Call Of Duty.

Activision have been around since the Atari back when they used to make great games for the gamer. in the current climate you will find Call Of Duty as their one and only active IP, due to them not being able to make money from IP's of once great single player games they purchased from other company's to control the gaming scene even more and completely destroying said games when they do not make 1000% more then what it costs to create them. which leads to them milking this cash cow long after it is shriveled up and a dry husk.

First they ask you to pay roughly $60 USD for a new Call Of Duty game then $50 USD for a "Season Pass" DLC which will never have the player base to be useful on PC and is literally re-skinned old call of duty maps, which legally makes the DLC on PC not fit for purpose as you never get to use them, do they get fined do they issue refunds ? answer is NO money for nothing.

Then you have loot boxes which are a legal way for Activision to not only have a digital gambling machine but in doing so also avoid all taxes which normal gambling machines are subject too digital or physical, so they literally get every single dollar you spend.

Want to open 65 "Rare" Loot Boxes ? that will be $100 USD please, oh and to top it off you will be lucky if you acquire 1 new item as 90% will be duplicates, which the percentage rises the more items you obtain.

Now the net code to WWII as everyone knows is complete garbage you can be playing with players all with 30-50 pings and you will be seen and shot up to 2 seconds ! before you see them on replays of your deaths which will have you running right at them, like the enemy is not even there which they were not on your screen. awesome fun hey guys.

And now for the kicker Activision were so greedy that they ported black ops 3 over to the WWII servers to save even more money on bandwidth and guess what the same issues are now in Black Ops 3 rendering the game literally unfair and unplayable i worked hard to get a 4.9 KD in ops 3 and no i do not cheat, i have however over 2.3K hours on the game. but thanks to Activision i now get smacked down by players with 0.5 KD ratio due to the net code being as trash as it is. And PS4 and XBox suffer from this same issue so don't think it was just PC who got screwed.

Activision/Blizzard will charge you $13.50 AUD to change your battle.net name, 6 useless digital ST Paddy's day objects (no new weapons) that will be $20 USD. And a digital hammer for $28 USD. This company will charge you for playing call of duty online on PC next you laugh but this is Activision we are talking about.

Fire Bobby Kotick and let the people that rise from the ashes have a new outlook on how to make great games for the gamer again instead of shareholders and creating gambling addicts among children and feeding adults already massive gambling addictions. you despicable animal parasite.

EA is responsible for instigating this anti consumerism, cancerous disease ridden embodiment of a game industry plus the dehumanization of gamer's.
That is called micro-transactions, this was all penned by Andrew Wilson (now the CEO of EA) "Wilson Loot Box" which made opening a pack of cards a gamble in FIFA 09' this is the game that started it all. which is why for the last decade there has been a massive decline in game quality and more focus on milking the "cash cows" (not gamer's because we are no longer human to the gaming industry) people for digital garbage that has no tangible value what so ever.

You would think EA would be bankrupt after destroying their games, you know little games like Command & Conquer - Sim City - Battlefield - Medal Of Honor - Crysis - Need For Speed - Mass Effect & Dead Space.

But EA's biggest cash cow is sports games and their gambling machine's with Ultimate Team card's are every year making 1 BILLION dollars in revenue from gambling addicts. Gambler's flush away unspeakable amounts of money on digital cards that are still purchasing/selling on 3rd party websites for real world money, so it is by definition gambling.

These company's are literally getting children addicted to gambling so that year after year they pour more money into there half finished games and have them hooked for life. FYI games cost less to make now then 10 years ago, i wonder why that is ? because they are half arsed unfinished pieces of trash slopped into "gamer's" laps and sold at a AAA price and then have the gall to make you pay a season pass which is almost the same price as the base game for content that should have been in the base game to begin with.

Then on top of that the mega transaction casino boxes that are shoved down your throat from the moment you play the game. In the end all they care about is there shareholders and the amount they can make for them and there own shares in the company. Do not think for one second that these greedy scumbags give a rats furry behind about gamer's they are selling to gambling addicts.

As you can see it still is not any better it is now 2022 and the new Call Of Duty, Modern Warfare II is returning to steam. Call Of Duty players only hope is that Microsoft put some money into giving players dedicated 60 hz servers for all platforms to play on, but do not count on it.
