I want to play the Anniversary Edition quite a bit, but not being able to see my damage, or my pets damage is unacceptable for me.
I like seeing what kind of damage I do to different enemies, because some enemies have more resistance vs the attack that you do, meanwhile you have no way to know that. Do I do less % hp damage each hit to another mob because he simply has a ton of HP, or he has a ton of resist vs my attack? That is the question you really can't easily answer without damage numbers.
As for the "fixes nobody is asking for." I welcome them. I just wish they would've added the Show All Damage Option on release like was previously asked many times in their improvement thread.
Really? Because I made a mod to return some of the "changes" to their original values, and I don't know the first thing about programming. And that was simple enough for me to do.
What I do know is that I am sad that it's not an official option already.

"Back up your Game.dll first
Open Game.dll in a hex editor
Search for HEX values not STRING '0F 8A 4F 02 00 00'
Replace with '90 90 90 90 90 90'

damage number is important in this kind of numerical heavy game.
