Poor Graphics, Poor Performance. Not happy.

Downloaded this game last night to play with my partner, started playing today. I am very annoyed. My laptop runs WOW perfectly, The Sims 3 and many other games, but this one seems to be the exception. I have asked Steam for a refund for myself and my other half.

Graphics are jumpy, even on lowest setting. Mouse does not react until 30-40 seconds later, glichy and a very poor game overall. My partner played the orgininal game and is completely shocked by the state of this game. I have never downloaded such a bad game.

So agree, I played the original... and this one was just terrible. Has steam replied about the refund? If so I may do the same.

How do you go about asking for a refund? They totally butchered Stronghold 3. It plays like Stronghold 1 in 3D. There is nothing wrong with Stronghold 1 in fact it is better than Stronghold 3.

Stronghold 3 is really bad
My pc is no slouch , but it struggles with Stronghold 3 ,this thing can handle GTA V FHD at absolutely max settings and get min fps over 60 But Stronghold 3 is whole different story. Whenever I build larger village game freezes, lags and stops for 10-20 seconds! With Stronghold Crusader there were no such problems. Yeah sure it's an older game with ancient graphics but I quite like it. In fact I love it
