When creating a topic to report a bug please follow the formatting below. Topics that do not follow this formatting will be removed. Duplicate topics will be merged where possible.

Topic title:

Try to create a relevant title based on the problem. For example, a topic about a missing wall might be titled ‘Missing wall/texture’.

Summary:

Attempt to describe the problem, try to remain brief but feel free to include information you think is relevant. For example, did this bug only start appearing in the latest patch or after a specific driver update?

Steps to reproduce the bug/issue:

Make a numbered list of the steps that caused this bug to occur, if you’re unsure please indicate this but try to describe what was happened before the bug occurred. This is the most important part of the bug report. Bugs that cannot be reproduced are significantly more difficult to fix.

Result/Expected result:

Describe exactly what happened and how this differs from what you expected to happen. For example, if a player looted a health pack and did not receive health the answer would be ‘I did not receive any health after looting the health pack, I believe it should automatically grant more health when looted.’ Try to be clear if you know it’s a bug or if you just believe it might be an unintentional result.

If you have them, feel free to supply links to pictures, video, crash logs etc. This is particularly useful if the bug has a visual component.
